Recipe : Baked Bread Pizza

Unlike your breakfast and meals menu, your evening snacks should be interesting and different.You need a recipe that not only takes less time to prepare before your clock indicates “dinner time”, but a recipe that tastes yummy, and both your husband and kids can relish. I am going to share a recipe that not only tastes good but is healthy too. I am sure your family will love it.

 Ingredients

Bread slices  –  4

Butter  – 2 tbsp

Tomato sauce  – 2 tbsp

Onions (chopped) – 2 medium sized

Capsicum (chopped)  – 1

Baked beans –  4 tbsp

Pizza cheese

Method

1. Cut the bread slices into the desired shape (triangle/ rectangle/round)

2. Butter the slices and apply tomato sauce on them. Spoon baked beans and chopped vegetables on the slices.

3. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake the slices at 200 deg C in a preheated oven for about  8 – 10 mins till the bread is crisp and cheese melts.
