New Motors Vehicle Act 2019: Everything You Need to Know

Come 1st of September 2019, the New Motors Vehicle Act (NMVA) will define a new beginning in the behavior of Indian motorists.

Inflated fines are set to be implemented across most parts of India. The fines are as follows:

Offences by juvenilesN/AGuardian/owner shall be deemed to be guilty. ₹25,000 with 3 years imprisonment and cancellation of the registration of the vehicle for 12 months. Juvenile will be tried under The Juvenile Justice Act.
